We are looking for a dedicated colleague to join our team of highly skilled antioxidant specialists located at our Brabrand Innovation Centre. The main purpose of the job is to find solutions to increase shelf life of our worldwide customers’ products. Therefore it is crucial that you appreciate the value of putting the customer in focus – and that you can see yourself as the value adding link between customer and ingredient. You will be working with a variety of natural extracts and antioxidants, such as rosemary and green tea, always staying updated on the latest trends. Your primary tasks will be:
Developing technical solutions in close cooperation with customers
Planning relevant tests and experiments
Writing technical documentation – based on lab work
Giving technical presentations and training to customers and colleagues
Keeping up-to-date with trends and developments within antioxidants and food protection
You are a food technician or engineer with a strong technical background in analytical chemistry and with experience from the food industry. You have extensive knowledge of antioxidants and food protection, and know that knowledge sharing is the best way to stay ahead. Our business is continuously developing; thus it is important that you are adaptable and open-minded. You speak and write English fluently; additional languages will be an advantage. The position requires approximately 30 days of international travelling annually. The Brabrand Innovation Centre hosts more than 200 people dedicated to R&D and technical customer service. The centre has modern and very well equipped pilot plant facilities, which support customers across the entire food industry.

NDT Inspector to Vestas Towers A/S, Rudkøbing
The NDT Department at Vestas Towers A/S in Rudkøbing is looking for a NDT Inspector to join our team of 10-12 inspectors.
Responsibilities and tasks
As NDT Inspector you will become responsible for various NDT control tasks. This means that you primary, daily tasks will be:
• Different forms of NDT control of towers (VT-MT-UT)
• Visual control of welded constructions
Qualifications and work experience
The position requires that you have relevant training and education as NDT Inspector (VT-MT-UT; EN473/Nordtest level 2).
Furthermore, we expect that you have the following qualifications.
• Experience with reporting and calibration of equipment
• User knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Good communicative skills in Danish and English
• You are self-driven, flexible, has a good sense of humour and are able to work independently in a busy and challenging environment.

Post.doc. in European Company Law – Position no. 2010.10

The Centre of International Business Law (CIBL) at Aarhus School of Business, University of Aarhus invites applications for a post. doc. in European Company Law. The successful applicant will be working on the European Model Company Law Act. This project aims to develop a European model law which can be an inspiration for future reform in the area of company law in the EU Member State. The work is coordinated by a working group consisting of distinguished professors from different Member States. The group is chaired by Professor Paul Krüger Andersen, ASB, together with whom the successful candidate will organize work in the group. This will involve administrative work arranging meetings, conferences and helping in drafting applications. But the substantial part will consist in participating in developing the comparative material and research needed for the deve-lopment of the model act. The position as post. doc. is a three-year tenure-track position with an obligation to conduct research and teaching. Applicants must have completed their PhD before taking up the position. A strong research potential and good teaching skills are required. Candidates are expected to use app. 20 % on teaching and the rest on research and administrative duties in connection with the model act project. The working language in the group is English and the model act will be drafted in English. Thus it is expected that the applicant is fluent in English.
